A lovely landscaped fenced-in yard features native plants and flowers. The 2-car garage and the spacious driveway provide easy access and plenty of parking spaces for several vehicles.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complimentary sparkling cider and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.

The living room area, decorated with a warm palette of colors, brings a harmonious pleasing balance to the senses. A sectional couch with a chaise and 2 swivel rockers allow for both TV viewing and watching the fire or enjoying one another's company. Nearby is a table that seats 6 and can expand to seat 10, where games can be played and meals enjoyed.

The chef's dream kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal and the kitchen island/bar has 3 comfortable swivel stools that are great for conversing with the cook. A new washer/dryer are adjacent to the kitchen.

The adjoining dining room has a beautiful teak table that can seat 8-10. Everything you could possibly need to set a beautiful table with coordinating table linens and dishes and serving pieces have been provided.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms that can all be made into king beds with a memory foam topper or 2 twins. The home can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children using the pull-out sofa in the den. All beds have newer mattresses and luxury linens. Each bedroom has been decorated in warm tones.

The den has a queen sofa bed with foam topper and HDTV with BluRay DVD player.

The spacious downstairs bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with plush towels and spa amenities.

The entire upstairs is a spectacular master suite with a modern teak framed king bed, HDTV with BluRay DVD player over the gas fireplace, and a chaise lounge. A large walk-in-closet is an added bonus and the updated master bathroom has a separate soaking tub, shower, vessel sinks and luxury bath towels.
