Matariki Residence comprises 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, generously accommodating up to twelve guests with a floor plan expanding over 3 levels. With utmost privacy just a stone’s throw from Queenstown making it an ideal base for a group of friends or a large family vacation in New Zealand. The design is influenced by the surrounding lakes and mountains consisting of natural, soothing tones of blue and green hues.

The main communal and entertainment area is found on the top level offering expansive lake and mountain vistas from the main living and dining area with panoramic windows that stretch the whole length of the villa. Adjacent to the front lounge is the formal dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Guests also find a media room and a second lounge, separated by an indoor fireplace, with large doors that lead to the outdoor terrace with a stonework fireplace and seating.

All 6 bedrooms are located on the first level and are equipped with either a king or queen bed, one of which can be split into 2 singles and an additional king single rollaway is also available.
