Each of the three villas offers the pinnacle of luxury with expansive indoor/outdoor living spaces, covering up to 6,500 square feet. Each villa has five bedrooms, each with their own private en-suite bathrooms. These vacation rental homes have four bedrooms in the main house, two of which are master suites, the fifth bedrooms being located in quaint, detached cottages.

The interior of the villas are exquisite, livable places which feel elegant yet casual, and sparkle with all the best elements of a luxury beach house. The floor plans are characterized by an open-concept main living area which encompasses the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. This main living space is bright and airy, featuring an entire wall of glass which folds away to open the whole interior of the home out to the sprawling terrace. This open extremity serves to decorate the home with the consistently impressive backdrop of the vibrant blue North Atlantic Ocean.

The houses are elegantly decorated with a number of earthen, raw materials throughout, creating a theme which is powerful and commanding, yet is graceful and gentle. The homes feature vintage-chic distressed wood, an element which is particularly strong in the kitchens, creating the aesthetic of quaint countryside houses. These large vacation rental homes have five bedrooms, each of which benefits from access to their own private bathroom, essentially making each room feel like a separate guest suite. All four of the bedrooms in the main house are finished to exceptionally high standards of interior design, with stylish fixtures and fittings and appropriate furnishings. The two master suites are located at the rear of the house, which provides them with scenic views of the ocean, and access to the outdoor terrace. The master bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the two other bedrooms, located at the front of the house, both come with twin beds. The fifth bedroom is found in a separate guest cottage and is also furnished with a king-sized bed. Each of the bedrooms can be accessed from outside, and come complete with their own outdoor shower.
