Located in a quiet neighborhood that is only minutes from the world-class golf courses, the house is also only a five minute drive to the charming community of Pacific Grove and 10-15 minutes by car to historic Monterey and the quaint village of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Big Sur is a gorgeous 50-minute car ride.

White double Colonial-style doors open to the 2nd floor entry, tiled in white and black marble, and a bright spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, light hardwood floors, a partial wall of Carmel stone that frames the gas fireplace, and a wall of windows that look out to the deck and the forest beyond. Outdoor gatherings will be a delight on the expansive deck equipped with a grill, a rattan dining set that seats 6, easy chairs with ottomans and a chaise lounge.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complementary wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.

The chef can be part of the action in the dreamy white kitchen that opens to a small family room that includes a contemporary love seat perfect for watching movies on the 36” TV. The spacious well-laid out kitchen includes a counter-top gas stove and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor and a window atrium. The separate dining room has an expandable table that seats 8. Everything you need for stylish entertaining is provided, including coordinating dishware, glasses, serving pieces and table linens.

A master bedroom on this floor, which has French doors that open to the deck, features a king bed and a 46” TV on a media center that includes an electric fireplace. All bedrooms have luxury linens.

The master bath has two sinks with brushed nickel fixtures and a shower over tub.

There are two other bedrooms on this floor, both of which have wall-to-wall carpeting and small desks. One has a queen bed, the other twin beds that can be converted to a king with Memory Foam topper. A shared bathroom has a frameless shower.

The ground level has a den that can be used as a bedroom furnished with two light blue-green couches, one of which can become a queen bed to sleep 1-2 children, a 50” TV with Blu-Ray, an ottoman that serves as a coffee table. Built-in shelves are stocked with games and books. French doors lead to a contained patio with built-in benches. There is a washer/dryer on this lower level and loads of built-in storage shelves.

The fenced back yard with pavers has a dog run so pets are welcome. Two cars can be parked in the garage and additional cars can be parked in two driveways.
