Paros IRAPA accommodates 10 adult guests and 4 children and is composed of a main house with 3 bedrooms, a guest house with 2 independent guest suites, and a staff cottage—all connected by beautiful gardens and courtyards full of Mediterranean trees and plants, pergolas, and pathways.

The main house has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while each independent guest suite accommodates two adult guests in a loft with a double bed, and up to two children in the living room with two built-in single beds. Each suite has a kitchenette and shower room, while all the rooms in the villa are soundproofed and offer full blackout options to encourage the utmost relaxation. Underfloor heating throughout the home provides comfort for every guest. Staff accommodation is located at the rear of the house with one twin bedroom and one single bedroom.

Paros IRAPA features designer furniture and décor in soothing earth tones. Arranged around a vibrant internal garden full of lemon trees, pomegranates, and hibiscus, each room in the villa provides stunning sea views and vistas of the surrounding islands. The open-plan living room has a Smart TV. From here, sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace with sun loungers ideal for tanning throughout the day. The rooftop terrace is ideal for a morning yoga session or sunset cocktails. The villa has a dedicated yoga room with a treadmill so guests can squeeze in a daily workout—even on vacation.

The fully-equipped kitchen has two fridge-freezers and three ovens and opens onto an al fresco dining area seating up to seven guests—the perfect spot to share a daily breakfast. The shaded pergola between the main house and the guest house features a second outdoor dining spot with seating for up to 10 guests, built-in couches, and a marble coffee table. Guests can share an aperitif at the bar area complete with stools or cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ. This area provides access to the pool and sunbathing area, which boasts a WC and shower.

A state-of-the-art alarm system guarantees guests will feel safe throughout the length of their stay. The villa has three outdoor parking spaces beneath a pergola. With multiple beaches in walking distance from the villa, it’s easy to enjoy the beauty of Greece while lying atop white sand.
