The next level down (main/pool level) is home to the main outdoor area with the infinity pool, a pool bathroom facility, and two main accommodation units on the left and right of the pool. The main kitchen, living, and dining area are in the first unit (Unit A). As well as the “Naxos” suite with a huge en-suite bathroom and free-standing shower. The professional Chef's kitchen and the staff facilities are located behind this unit.

The second unit “Unit B” is home to the two double suites “Tinos” and “Andros”, which feature a private living area. On the lower level, a lush multi-level bio garden and a cave-style passage lead to the guest house area. Here, the five en-suite guest rooms with independent entrances are found: “Yaros” “Baos”, “Rhenia”, “Delos” and “Paros”, as well as a kitchenette for this area and a chapel. All guest rooms are double (one can be split into a twin) except “Baos” which is the single room.

Delos and Rhenia are optionally interconnected while Rhenia may also be set as a quadruple with the use of two roll-away pull-out beds. All bedrooms offer unobstructed sea views.
