This two-story villa has 6 en-suite bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms with rain showers, accommodating up to 12 adult guests. Light, bright rooms feature lots of windows and elegant furnishings in white and neutral tones. Windows and doors are equipped with insect screens so guests can let in sea breezes any time of day and night. Daily housekeeping is provided, along with a twice-weekly change of linens.

Constructed from classic white stone walls, Syros AA Sol exudes authentic Grecian charm with a contemporary feel. Landscaped gardens at the villa are home to herbs like lavender and rosemary, along with carob, pomegranate, and citrus trees. Guests can gather in multiple outdoor areas, both covered and uncovered. Whether you wish to soak up the sun or relax in the shade, cushioned corners provide ample opportunity to take in stunning sea views or a beautiful sunset.

The villa’s main pergola has a bar area and sofas and stools, while the second pergola is ideal for TRX, a morning yoga session, or simply unwinding on sunbeds. Spa services are available for a fee, including a massage, manicure, and pedicure.

The villa’s fully-equipped kitchen has a wine cooler and lots of counter space. The pergola adjoining the kitchen has an outdoor cooking and dining area, where guests can dine al fresco on fresh Mediterranean dishes touched with homemade olive oil. Cook up delicious meats and veggies from the villa’s vegetable garden at the six-plate Weber BBQ.

The freshwater infinity pool has in-pool seating and sun loungers dotting the surrounding terrace. The pool has a bathroom/changing room with an indoor shower and WC. Guests can hop in the outdoor shower after taking a swim or spending the day at one of the nearby beaches. Two beaches are within a 10-minute walk of the villa, one being ideal for water sports and the other featuring cosmopolitan taverns and bars.

The villa is conveniently located near the charming villages of Poseidonia and Finikas, where guests can dine, shop, and explore picturesque narrow streets.
