Villa Amandara is a modern, upscale vacation home located in the exclusive area of Terres Basses on the island of St. Martin. Amenities include chef service, a media room, volleyball and bocce courts, an infinity pool, a BBQ, an outdoor tub, daily housekeeping, and a concierge.

With 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the villa sleeps up to 8 adult guests and 2 childrens. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and daily housekeeping is provided. Four bedrooms are located on the main floor, while the fifth bedroom is set in a private apartment on the lower level. 

Enjoy three meals a day prepared by the villa’s world-class chef, whether in the dining room or al fresco on the dining pavilion or at the outdoor breakfast bar. (Note: The cost of food is not included in the price of the rental.) The home is equipped with a BBQ so guests can easily delight in freshly grilled meat, fish, and veggies. 

The gourmet kitchen, which is wood-paneled and has bar seating and a wine cooler, opens onto a dining room and living room. This great room has high ceilings, along with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors opening onto multiple outdoor living spaces, where guests can soak up the sun or sip cocktails in the open air. For indoor fun, guests can slip away to the media room to enjoy games, a plasma TV, a mini-bar, table tennis, and direct access to the pool. The infinity pool is framed by covered and open-air patio spaces ideal for gathering throughout the day. Relax poolside on the sunken lounge with a large sun bed or atop several cushioned sun loungers. 

Outdoors guests can hit the volleyball and bocce courts for hours of entertainment. The home’s landscaped grounds create a peaceful environment, featuring a“Bali” house with an outdoor tub and offering spectacular views of the sea and mountains. Beautiful beaches are just five minutes from the villa.
