The main communal areas include an indoor lounge and a traditional open-air palapa with an abundance of seating areas and a raised dining area for fourteen. A wide wooden deck with loungers and parasols sits next to the large curved infinity pool with awe-inspiring views of the ocean below.

The 6 bedrooms at Casa Palomir are each finished with a minimal design and enjoy en-suites with rain showers and uninterrupted views of Costa Careyes and the Pacific. The bedrooms consist of 4 with king-sized beds, 1 with 2 queen beds, and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds that are perfect for children.
