Surround sound and hidden speakers throughout the home create a fun-filled, party atmosphere. The glass-walled Ocean Room can be used as a nightclub, yoga shala, ceremony space, or home cinema. This room has Murano lights, a bespoke pool table, and a marble-topped bar area perfect for evening wine tastings. By day guests can work out here on upscale gym equipment or pull down the blinds to create a home-screening space.

A fully equipped kitchen with a pizza oven and wine cellar can accommodate preparations for gatherings of up to 60 people. The indoor pine dining table and the al fresco dining space, each having space for up to 24 people, are prime spots to gather for laidback breakfasts or lively dinner parties.
