Château de Villette Luxury Private Estate Set in 185 Acres of Woodland

One of the most significant chateaux in France, Château de Villette is known as “Le Petit Versailles” due to sharing an architect and garden designer with Château de Versailles. Dating back to 1668, this luxury private estate in France is set in 185 acres of sprawling woodland park, complete with two vast lakes, a magnificent cascade fountain, a glasshouse, and an orangery.

With vast, sculpted gardens and grand interiors that exude the same elegance as Versailles, Château de Villette is a remarkable venue for small and large functions, especially holidays, weddings, and corporate events. This luxury private estate in France can accommodate up to twenty-two guests, twelve in the main building and ten in the left-wing, and includes an event fee for up to thirty guests indoors and eighty outdoors.

Within the walled gardens of Château de Villette are several buildings, including the main château that spreads over two wings and two floors. On the ground floor, guests are greeted by the opulent grand salon, which leads to a vestibule, library, study, dining room, music salon, and several living areas. Six of the luxury suites, fully renovated to the highest standard by famous French designer Jacques Garcia, are located in the main wing, with a further five in the left wing.

This luxury private estate in France features a fully equipped gym area, heated outdoor swimming pool, and a €15m antique art collection. Not to mention an abundance of private woodland for jogging and biking and two lakes that are perfect for fishing and rowing. Blending the traditional with the contemporary, Château de Villette also features a helipad and an integrated audiovisual system in each bedroom.
