Brand-New Turks & Caicos Villa Opens Its Doors Amid Lightening Travel Restrictions

As one of the world’s leading high-end vacation destinations, the Turks and Caicos Islands presents a collection of luxury villas that are at the absolute peak of contemporary styling and functionality. Here, guests can find mindful living spaces that are above and beyond what other exclusive destinations can offer.

There isn’t a property in the country that exemplifies this better than Cabuya. This brand-new villa has literally just hit the market, opening its doors for the first time to invite large parties of friends or family to melt into the pure bliss of an oceanfront Caribbean paradise.

Cabuya boasts thought-provoking architectural flair and cutting-edge interior design to present a home that is unique and at the forefront of contemporary styling. With no expense spared throughout, every inch of this luxury villa is finished to perfection, including designer fixtures and fittings and sleek-yet-simple furniture.

With six welcoming bedroom suites, Cabuya offers luxury accommodation for a group of up to 14 guests. The generous 7,500-square-foot layout provides plenty of room for each member of the party to find a quiet space for reflection or to join in the fun in the house’s vibrant social nucleus.

Did we mention that Cabuya is on one of the world’s most celebrated beaches? Oh yes, guests of this luxury villa not only enjoy the height of modern architecture, but the location also couldn’t be more perfect. The villa enjoys a large plot on the oceanfront, with an east-facing aspect for spectacular sunrise views and a private dock where you can park your jet ski directly in front of your villa.

Cabuya is set in a large parcel of land that encompasses 0.7-acres of peaceful beachfront. The fine Caribbean weather means guests will spend the majority of their days and evenings outside. With that in mind, the architects designed an outdoor living space that is as beautiful as the home’s interior. The terraces include a pool, an al-fresco dining setup, a sprawling lawn, and several outdoor lounges including a fire pit.

As part of EliteLYFE’s holistic travel packages, guests of Cabuya benefit from a complete range of service staff that includes a professional chef, a 24-hour concierge, a butler, and housekeeping maids. As one of the most exclusive vacation destinations in the world, the service staff at Cabuya are expertly trained in the delicate art of invisibility: always being available yet rarely seen.

T&C's Easing Social Restrictions

While the majority of countries around the world are currently tightening regulations regarding social distancing to stem the spread of COVID-19, the Turks and Caicos Islands are actually moving in the opposite direction. Travel restrictions are being lifted due to the fact that the country has proven to be very safe, with relatively little chance of being exposed to coronavirus.

There are still regulations in place to ensure visitors are not bringing the virus into the country, however, as of October 14th, 2020, the nightly curfew has been changed from 8 pm to 10 pm; a clear indicator that everything is under control and the government does not foresee any issues with a potential second spike in virus figures.
